Meeting Room Memberships

The MIC is offering affiliate memberships to industry stakeholders and regular users of our modern conference facilities. (Please note that for single-use bookings of meeting rooms, you can make reservations through the ‘Book A Room’ tab on this website.)

Application Process:

Please phone 03 5122 6415 or send an email to mic@federation.edu.au to apply for a Premium or Standard Membership, or to arrange a site tour.

Platinum Membership Premium Membership Standard Membership
Fees $3800 + GST per year $2000 + GST per year $1500 + GST per year
Access to Meeting Rooms Includes 12 bookings* for the year in any of the following:

  • Conference Room (1.22)
  • Board Room (1.17)
  • Downstairs Meeting Room (1.20)
  • 50% discounted rate thereafter per booking
Includes 6 bookings* for the year in any of the following:

  • Conference Room (1.22)
  • Board Room (1.17)
  • Downstairs Meeting Room (1.20)
  • 50% discounted rate thereafter per booking
Includes 8 bookings* for the year in our small meeting room:

  • Downstairs Meeting Room (1.20)
  • 50% discounted rate thereafter per booking

 

Other Inclusions
  • On-site assistance to help support use of Video Conferencing facilities in meeting rooms
  • Use of shared kitchen facilities including basics of tea/coffee/milk etc.
  • Assistance to coordinate external catering (note: catering cost not included)
  • Access to co-working hub area (open plan meeting tables and lounge area) excluding the hot desk area
  • Free Wi-Fi
  • Visibility of events and programs at the MIC

*Bookings are within business hours (9:00am – 5.30pm) Monday to Friday. After hours will incur additional fees. All bookings are either half day (4hrs) or full day (8hr) sessions. Session times for half day bookings are morning 9am -1pm or afternoon 1:30pm-5.30pm. Bookings that span across these two session times will need to be booked as a full day (8hr) session.

NOTE: All cancellations within 48 hours of a scheduled booking date will be charged 100% of the cost, no refund will be available. Any bookings cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled booking date can be rescheduled or receive a 50% refund.
